Carr Chevy has been nothing but a nightmare from start to finish. I leased a Chevy Equinox EV from them — a loaner car with 2,700 miles — and the problems started immediately. The OnStar system didn’t wor finish. I leased a Chevy Equinox EV from them — a loaner car with 2,700 miles — and the problems started immediately. The OnStar system didn’t work from day one. Alex, the salesman, promised to fix it but never followed up. It took a full week in their service department just to replace the module — and even then, they didn’t restore the internet plan. I had to spend over 45 days and make more than 50 calls to OnStar to fix what Carr Chevy should have handled. After the first service, they didn’t even clip the overhead middle console properly, so now it rattles loudly whenever I drive on the highway. When I tried to escalate to a manager, Austin said he would check with the service department and call me back — but he never did. It gets worse: >> The front passenger door handle — which had been used literally three times — was misaligned and rubbing the paint. They replaced it, but then had the nerve to charge me $32 for a Lyft ride to pick up the car. Seriously?? >> I was promised a referral bonus when a friend bought a car through the same salesman. I called, emailed, and Alex repeatedly promised they would process it with Finance — but they never did, and my follow-ups were completely ignored. This has been the most frustrating, unprofessional dealership experience I’ve ever had. Save yourself the headache and avoid Carr Chevy. More

I was told that the warranty recall was covered because I received a letter from GM. Only to be told it was not due to a rebranded title. I was charged $200 for nothing. Excellent experience looking for and eventually purchasing a 2025 Equinox EV. Our search was greatly assisted by salesman Angel Palma. We wanted a very specific set of features so finding inventory purchasing a 2025 Equinox EV. Our search was greatly assisted by salesman Angel Palma. We wanted a very specific set of features so finding inventory was a challenge. the GM website "Build" process was very efficient to explore and choose exactly what vehicle we wanted. The Inventory section showed available vehicles but exact match and very similar. We we able to locate an exact match at a dealer 120 miles away and bought it. At the end of the day, Angel personally drove to that dealer to pick up the car and we were able to pick it up from our local dealer Carr Chevrolet in a day. Very efficient and friendly experience and Angel was a large part of that process. More
A great service experience has become so reliable at Car Chevrolet that you might think it would lose it s impact. Perhaps it might be over shadowed by your recollection of how comfortable the waiting are Chevrolet that you might think it would lose it s impact. Perhaps it might be over shadowed by your recollection of how comfortable the waiting areas are and how exceptional the hospitality available there is, compared to any other dealership I've ever experienced. There is some risk of that. But I have a twenty year old Silverado 2500 HD Duramax Truck that operates like it is brand new, because Carr service keeps it that way. That never gets boring. More

My last car was from Subaru CARR and I had the worst experience with rude staff, that I went to Chevy CARR and asked them to let me purchase the Subaru I wanted from them instead. This time around, my salesman was George K and he was awesome! Great personality and he made car shopping easy. Dave S was also really funny, made paperwork more enjoyable. Will definitely return to CARR Chevy for future vehicles. More
