Great till you sign the papers.. I Purchased a 2007 Silverado from Carr chevorlet in Beaverton in October. i worked with the "Sales manager" Jaime the whole day. when i showed up he I Purchased a 2007 Silverado from Carr chevorlet in Beaverton in October. i worked with the "Sales manager" Jaime the whole day. when i showed up he had the truck ready to go for me to test drive, i test drove the truck with the fuel light on. this didn't bother me much, knowing when you buy a car the normally fill the tank for you. He kindly accepted my request to look under the vehicle while it was in up on a lift in the service area.I Requested the service records the dealer performed on the truck multiple times and never got it till asking once again a week after buying the truck from someone in the service department. The truck was missing a few parts, he helped me get quotes and get them ordered. after signing the papers, they cleaned up the truck for me, but still left on a empty tank of gas. i requested them fill it or at least give me 1/2 a tank to get home. I Don't believe ANYONE AFTER SPENDING THOUSANDS AT A DEALER SHOULD LEAVE WITH A EMPTY GAS TANK. after much effort, Jaime finally gave me a fuel voucher, for a pathetic 3 gallons. I Came back with a friend after 3 weeks of waiting for parts to come in, to learn the parts were there 2 days after buying the truck, they never called me as Jaime told me he would. More
