Easy and Pleasant Experience Since I live down in Salem, I was a little concerned with trying to work out a vehicle purchase remotely - roughly an hour's drive away. He was very communicative and helpful as we exchanged information back and forth via text message and telephone call. With very little back and forth we were able to work out the details. When I arrived at the dealership after work one evening, Carlos had everything ready to go so we were able to expedite the process in completing the sale. In all, this was one of the most pleasant and easy car buying experiences I've ever had.
