After a very informative welcoming he brought us in side and let us know he would pull up a representive model. I was very impressed with the showroom and the overall cleanliness of the dealership as well! About 3 minutes later I see corin run past the big front windows of the showroom with the compassion and concentration of an Olympic 100 m dash sprinter. Next thing I know he pulls up in a bright red shiney new 2019 Silverado! I was blown away with his attention to detail with my features that I said I wanted. He popped the hood and walked us around every inch of the truck pointing out the small details that only a true truck expert could. It was very apparent that Corin was well taught about the Chevy brand. After the walk around he had us hop in and off we went! The test drive was great and Corin was a true gentlemen thru and thru, chiming in about the benefits of the Silverado and how it stacks up against the competition. After we both drove the truck for what seemed to be exactly 20 minutes we arrived back to the dealership and parked in the designated spots. We all got out of the truck and Corin asked a simple yet though provoking question that no other salesmen had asked me “is this the truck for you and your family whenever you decide to buy a truck “? I looked at him and answered yes but with a few different features. He let me know that this exact truck was in stock and available for us. We then were escorted thru the service department as a courtesy tour so we could familiarize ourselves with the layout. He even showed us some really cool cars that were being worked on at the time. After the tour he offered us refreshments and we sat down to talk prices. I was upfront with Corin and told him we didn’t plan on buying a truck today. He was not pushy at all and walked us thru every aspect of the pricing and even showed us how affordable they were willing to make the truck for us. Long story short we bought the truck and I firmly believe it was only because we met Corin and the great people at Carr Chevrolet. True professionals and a great sales experience. More

Unprepared for my visit I found the car online, contacted the dealership, and advised the that I would be coming 300 miles to see it. Received confirming emails. On the date of my scheduled arrival, the car was not on the lot (being demoed, that is, borrowed for personal use, by the service manager.). The salesman was not on the lot. I waited two hours to even see the car. The finance person told me their prices were so good they got many out of state customers. Maybe—but definitely call ahead and be sure they are actually going to be ready for you. Price was reasonable. Back-end, the warranty sale was a painful reminder that used car sales are never a single purchase price. More
