Everyone with regards to purchasing and service have always been friendly, knowledgeable and they go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. Duane Money is the best salesman hands down in my opinion. He genuinely cares about your satisfaction as a customer. He works with you to help you stay within your budget all the while getting you all or none of the desired bells and whistles. Duane's fiendliness, caring attitude and expertise do not go unnoticed. The new car I bought had to be picked up from another dealer. When it arrived it had the wrong tires and wheels from what I ordered on it(cheaper ugly ones from last years model)...The salesman and mgrs dealer. When it arrived it had the wrong tires and wheels from what I ordered on it(cheaper ugly ones from last years model)...The salesman and mgrs didnt care since I already signed my trade title over and left a deposit. Mr Book personally promised me that he would take care of it and exchange them for me ...so I believed him! Then, 3 days later he said couldnt do anything and wouldnt even talk about it! Yes I was screwed and unfortunately I didnt know about the 48 hour US "lemon law" or I would have not accepted it! I found out later the finance dept conveniently soaked me on finance charges also. NEVER AGAIN!! More
