Terrible customer service through their Body Shop. It took several weeks for them to respond correctly to an insurance request for documentation. When I called to schedule my appointment I was told they couldn't get me in for two weeks. When I finally dropped off my vehicle I was told the repair would take 2 days even though the estimate said "5.3 hours". Eight days later and multiple calls checking on progress I finally got the vehicle back. The calls were never returned as promised. After picking up my vehicle I realized a very nice leather bag and a few clothes were missing. My glove box and center console had been gone through and everything was a mess. When I returned to the dealer to inquire about the leather bag, the manager said no one knew anything about it. He said he would check with his "other clean up man" and then call me that afternoon. Same thing - no return call. I have been a long time customer of this dealership, buying 15+ vehicles through the years and referring many others. I will never go back and would recommend anyone considering them to reconsider. More

Everyone I encountered from the service desk to the parts counter, to the technician was so friendly and kind. I know it seems like a small task, but they made me feel like a valuable client. It makes me feel good knowing they still treat me like family! More
