I had a great experience at this dealership. I knew exactly what I wanted and I got it. I am a bit disappointed that the oil life was at 35% when I left for a "new car". Cody Hill was a very good sales person did not try to pressure a sale, and provided a positive experience. However it was difficult to get the Finance Purchase order to be provided with line item details pressure a sale, and provided a positive experience. However it was difficult to get the Finance Purchase order to be provided with line item details that had extra fees. This made it difficult to confirm costs, and I had to ask to review what fees were included numerous times and the service contract had no detail being provided. In past experiences dealers review what service contracts include mine was written on a 3x3 post it. The car was cleaned however compared to 2 other used cars my children have purchased in the last 2 years the interior was not cleaned as well compared to their purchases. These issues may have been due to finalizing my purchase at the end of the day on December 31. I wanted to provide an average rating however I do believe Cody provided very good service. More
