Great place and great people! Called close to closing on a Saturday and said we were on the way. Got there 15 minutes to closing and no one was bothered. Worked with us on pricing and I got to drive away in a brand new 2018 Optima! The facility is also amazing but by far I was shocked at how genuine their staff is. Door Handles and Sunroof Eric in service is committed to providing good service, and I appreciate all he did to handle the recall on the handles and repairing the sunroof. My Eric in service is committed to providing good service, and I appreciate all he did to handle the recall on the handles and repairing the sunroof. My experience with Eric and Carriage Kia in Woodstock, GA was good. I was however disappointed that I never received a letter about the handle recall. I had to call about it myself to discover the sharp paint chipping off was a recall problem. The recall was also only for the front doors and not the back even though they are all the same handle. The company Carriage uses for their after market sunroof installation had to install a brand new sunroof, however they must not have tested it out several times before returning it to Carriage and it stopped working on my way home. I knew there was a problem when it made a loud clunking sound when closing and opening. So I was a disappointed that they did not do their due diligence to make sure it was working before it was returned. They also returned my car with about a half a tank less than I had in it. However the recall issue, sunroof problem, and gas issue had nothing to do with Carriage Kia and the service they provided. Eric wanted to make sure I was happy and that everything was finally working. He provided me with a loaner car which is a must for me! The owner of my company asked me how I liked the service that Carriage provided and I told him that Carriage is all about customer service. Thank you Eric More

Great car... The dealer is your typical dealership. People buzzing around like rabid vultures. But if you stand your ground you can get a great deal. I think the parade of multiple people coming and introducing themselves is odd. I get it, you want me to feel welcome, but putting your managerial staff on what seams like an endless cycle infront of a potential buyer is just... outdated and as a woman makes me feel uncomfortable. But I do love my car, the sales person, Arnold was wonderful. More
