Very disappointed as this service department has changed apparently. The service manager advised me that my front tires were "critical" and required replacement based on the newly installed tire quality mo apparently. The service manager advised me that my front tires were "critical" and required replacement based on the newly installed tire quality monitors as you drive into the service bay. This was a lie and the "yellow" status only signifies that those tires are half way in terms of replacement. This is a shame because I had nothing but good things to say about this dealership until now. This was not the express advisor but the actual service manager that checked me in. My guess he is there to do the heavy lifting in terms of delivering tough news and extracting service revenue. More

There check in process is highly flawed. We walked into the service department and someone said “May I help you”. They asked all the questions, verified our appt time and videoed or car. We asked about completion time and they estimated 3 hours. At 3.5 hours we inquired and were told we didn’t check in with the proper person so our service has not yet begun. xxx!?!? 2 hours later they completed one of the two tasks. We won’t be back unless it’s a recall and we will wait to see the car go into a shop bay. More
