No les recomiendo este concesionario para nada es super malo y las garantías realmente no lad quieren brindar quieren que pagues por todo. More

I would like to file a complaint regarding my recent experience at Carroll Chevrolet. When I brought my vehicle in for service, they damaged the roof of my new car and subsequently lied about it. After consulting with various mechanics at different locations, I learned that the damage likely occurred from improperly lifting the vehicle on a lift. I have pictures of the damage. Now, I have to pay out of pocket to repair my new vehicle, which has cost me over $2,000. More

Both advisers seen me exit my vehicle to enter building. I stood in front of the two service advisors desk and neither one acknowledged that I was even in the room. After 30 minutes she asked if that was my corvette parked outside of her window. Immediately cancelled my appointment after wasting 30 minutes. Emailed general & service managers and I’m still hearing crickets More
