Back in NC called about my refund, I were told that someone from finance would return my call, called the following day and got the run around, Got on Google and left a review about my experience, A response from someone owner/operator stating that someone would call, but nothing. Yesterday, April 23 at 3:31pm. I called them and spoke to Emmanuel in finance and after putting me on hold for about three minutes, he told me that putting my experience with Carroll Chevrolet showed them in a bad way and if I would remove my post that I would get my money. I went into the Carroll website to see what they are all about and to read their statement. After reading I believe Mr John Carroll Starling owner/operator to be a man of great Integrity and I look forward to him handling this matter personally; I promise a post to follow-up and let you know more of my Carroll Chevrolet Experience. My experience at Carroll Chevrolet was extremely negative due entirely to Dwayne, the finance manager. He refused to show or clearly disclose bank and financing information, even when asked directly. When you’re signing paperwork involving tens of thousands of dollars, that lack of transparency is unacceptable and a major red flag. Instead of providing clear answers, Dwayne relied on evasive responses, pressure tactics, and rushing the process, which made the entire situation feel deliberately deceptive and predatory. No customer should ever be pushed to sign anything without fully understanding where the numbers, rates, and fees are coming from. To be clear, this had nothing to do with the salesperson. James, the sales representative, was excellent — professional, honest, respectful, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. He did his job the right way and deserves recognition for that. Unfortunately, the behavior of the finance department completely overshadowed the experience. I regularly get my car serviced at Carroll. The service crew, including Kyle, Brent, Heather, and Robert, are respectful, professional, and responsive to my questions or needs. My four out of five rating is not a reflection of their contribution to this dealership but of the dealership’s owners and management. I feel it’s unethical and, basically, bad business to charge regular customers three percent of what they have spent if they use a credit card. I regret, also, the dealership doesn’t honor military service men and women, police officers, and first responders with a complimentary discount. I encourage Carroll Chevrolet to think about the two issues mentioned in light of the ever increasing competition in car sales and service. More

I have been going to this dealership for 8 years and have bought 2 cars from you! I recently brought my car to service for a front end noise and my car was there for 3 1/2 days before Kyle told me I needed a bought 2 cars from you! I recently brought my car to service for a front end noise and my car was there for 3 1/2 days before Kyle told me I needed a new transmission that cost $7,400 needless to say I brought it to a transmission shop and within 2 hours I was told it wasn't a Transmission problem at all , it was the 2 front wheel bearings and a left hub. They fixed it for $1,400 and the car runs great! The service department charged me for a diagnostic report which was false and all the money I lost from not having a vehicle for transportation I lost! I will never use this company ever again and warn everyone I know not to go there!! More
