I went from Deland to New Smyrna, and on 44 my check engine light came on 3 hours after leaving the dealership. Ford didn’t have an appointment available until the day I took it back to you. If you were to of done a full inspection on this vehicle prior to sale you would’ve noticed the issues. Not to mention there were literal bolts and nuts missing from the cross frame bars under the hood that Ford pointed out to me during inspection, so you guys never even opened the hood of this car. You guys also still have this vehicle listed for now $43,352 and when we emailed you for more info you still proceeded to tell us the vehicle was in sound condition and all warranties were intact even though I have shown you physical evidence stating otherwise. I have this all in writing and I hope you all get the karma you deserve.

You also would only give me my money back if I traded it in on something on your lot, either a more expensive car or downgrade to a car I didn’t want or deserve. You guys put a gun to my head and put me in a terrible position and I am appalled that a dealership with your status would do such a thing.
