Mike, we apologize that the dent was missed by our salesperson on the pre-owned truck however you walked around the vehicle and took it for a test drive before signing the paperwork and purchasing the truck. Missed???? I specifically asked the salesperson if there were any dents and was told no! You can only see it at the right angle and clearly you knew about it. Your apology is too little too late. 1) I was told by your salesman that the car I was interested in was in Delray Beach and that it would be transported within 1 to 2 days to your Dealership and that I could then come back and drive it. I was led to believe that my check would be held and if I did not like the vehicle I would receive my check back. 2) The next day I called to see if the vehicle was there and I was told that the dealership was slow in responding that there was no word yet as to when it would be delivered 3) I then called the Dealership in Delray Beach and was told that they had NO intention of sending the car. They advised that if I wanted to purchase the car I would get a better "deal" from them. BUT that the car was a loaner and it would have to have 3,000 miles as a loaner before they could sell it. 4) I immediately called back as there WASN'T even a car for me to test drive and asked to send me my CHECK 5) That was when I was told my check was deposited. I visited your dealership on the 29th and my check was deposited on the 30th, before you even obtained a car for me to test drive. Unbelievable!!!!! 6) I was then told it would take 7 days not 7 to 10 days after my check cleared. My check cleared my bank on the 30th!!!!!! I have a copy of the check from my bank. It took you 20 days to give me back my money!!! ridiculous 7) I was also told that the car I located on line which was in NC was no longer available. Another LIE! I called the dealership in NC and it was still available 8) The end result is that I had to yell at people and drive an hour and a half in both directions to get back my $1,000 dollars. My time is worth more than your apology. You mentioned that "I did receive my money back, I never received my "check back" Only by driving 3 hours round trip back to your dealership and refusing to leave until I received my money back that you had stolen! Your dealership is unethical!!! and criminal!
