In speaking with Brent, he and I walked out to the vehicle and spoke with you regarding the running board with some type of chemical or something on it. We advised that this was not a warranty item but proceeded to extend a goodwill resolution with you as the vehicle was brand new (not purchased here) and replaced it for you at no charge. I am sorry that this warrants a 1 star review for Brent going above and beyond to make a guest happy. We do hope that the other dealership you are using now can exceed your expectations. Thank you

It was not the running board I said that I had a cranking issue and they did not want to address it at this time because they did not want to open a new ticket and they just Brushed it off. Good customers a hard to get but very easy to keep
