Service, oil change and tire rotation Alejandro helped me in what seemed to be an ordinary oil change and tire rotation. The wait was longer then promised but I was in no hurry. At the end Alejandro helped me in what seemed to be an ordinary oil change and tire rotation. The wait was longer then promised but I was in no hurry. At the end of our interaction, Alejandro told me that his computer had gone down but he would e-mail my receipt. When he didn’t email me that day or the next, I called Alejandro because my newly scraped rims where all in the same place and they never asked for my rim locks. Needless to say I paid for a service that I never received. I asked him for a manager he told me that there wasn’t one available nor was there a manager on duty at 4pm. More
