I have gone here twice the last 6 months. 6 months ago I came here with my boyfriend and Jimmy the salesperson did an excellent job building rapport w I have gone here twice the last 6 months. 6 months ago I came here with my boyfriend and Jimmy the salesperson did an excellent job building rapport with us and was patient. We wanted a good deal so Jimmy was very patient as he got the manager and we made a deal with manager on duty at that time (short hispanic guy. Nice and fair). It was smooth and a guy at the finance department was very nice and informative. Then this past Monday, I came in to buy a car for myself. Frank greeted us and showed us around a bit and Danilo was our salesperson that helped me pick a car. He was very nice and patient and told me the differences in all the cars I was eyeing on. When I picked one I like, I wanted the right price for it. As we negotiated with the manager on duty ( forgot his name but he was a nice African American down to earth type of guy), Danilo was hospitable by bringing water and popcorn for me and the people I were with. Both him and the manager were professional, kind and funny as they made the process of buying a car enjoyable and not stressful. Lisa in finance helped us out and made the paperwork very easy. The Service department are great too as they helped out with my boyfriends car the next day. Chris was very nice. While waiting with him. Frank and another awesome worker helped me get my car mats and vaccumed my new car. Honestly, this is the best dealership and recommend anybody looking for a car to pick nissan as it saved my life from an accident once (very safe car) but they got nice cars and they have really good certified used cars with great warranties on them! Definitely recommend this place!!! More

Although Mayra was off the day I purchased the Leaf, the sales staff working that day, were very friendly and helpful as well. Carson Nissan turned out to be the quickest, easiest car purchasing experience I have ever had. What a great, friendly and courteous sales staff! The Leaf is a fantastic car too! More

He understood my situation and started working on getting us the best deal possible. He was very informative, he knew what he was talking about, and was very confident which put me at ease through out the whole process. Everyone at Carson Nissan in general from what I noticed on my visit was very friendly and greeted everyone with a smile. After the purchase I received two calls from the salesman asking about the quality of the car and if there was anything he could help with. So the purchase part of the experience was great. The quality of the service has been just as stellar. No pressure. Short wait times. The people are on the ball and organized. I highly recommend this dealership. So far I have seen no sign of the kind of shady, nasty practices you'd associate with dealerships, and I hope it stays that way. More
