She made me feel special and made it a point to always update me as to what time my car will be ready. This dealership as a whole has a lot of friendly and efficient employees.From the Finance manager to the sales and service departments, you will definitely leave happy and satisfied. JJ Anglo was really nice and helpful, answered all my questions and really put in the effort to get me into the car I wanted. Per the usual car dealership experience, there are those sales associates that are on the pushy side, but that is to be expected - just remember to stand your ground. The rest of the staff seemed nice and friendly though. Price was fair as reported on the NADA but higher as compared to KBB, but personally I am satisfied with the price I paid. I would recommend this dealership. More

But Ethaniel came right straight told him what I wanted and he even helped me get approved. He was really polite, helful and actually listened to what the customer wants. This is what I liked about this dealer. I've taken my car in for service and other installations needs for my car and Larry Russell and Carl Taylor were really great, nice and prompt service. I was debating on whether I wanted to do the drive from Hollywood to Carson nissan just for service for my car, but it was well worth the drive!!! I don't have to seat there and wait 2hrs. for my car to get serviced. It was a in and out experience, will definitely recommend dealer and the guys. More

I initially was just going to get an oil change, but when Jeffrey informed me that I was due for the major service, I figured I better get it now since there was not alot of people getting service. Jeffrey promised that he would try to get it done as soon as possible since I was going to wait for the vehicle. I was surprised at how fast they completed the service and washed the car. Jeffrey Morgan really took care of me, he knew that I was in no mood to sit at the dealership for approximately 3 hours. He came through with his promised to get me out of there quickly.
