Exellent Service My husband and I recently purchased a new car at hooman nissan, we really enjoy the service and of course we love our car. However I was in need of my My husband and I recently purchased a new car at hooman nissan, we really enjoy the service and of course we love our car. However I was in need of my own car so we tried to finance a car for myself. Unfortunately the sales person wasn't trying hard enough to help us get a car because he said we wouldn't qualify. I was a bit saddened by the situation so my husband brought me to Carson Nissan. I wasn't so sure or excited at this point to get a car. As soon as we arrived we got welcomed by two friendly workers. We got introduced to John Ancheta and started talking business =) . Right away he made us feel comfortable, he gave us water, popcorn for my two kids, and a balloon for each ofmy kids since they were getting bored and acting up. He gave us great choices and really showed his effort on helping us get a car. He did explain to us that at times it is difficult for the finance company to give us a second loan since we are still paying for the first loan. He was hoing back and forth to the negotiator to not only help us get a car but also give us our choices moneywise.We are beyond pleased with John because he made it happend for us, and it gets me thinking, at Carson Nissan we were able to finance a second car and at Hooman Nissan "we didn't qualify", that has a lot to speak for itself. Thank you Carson Nissan for having John Ancheta in your team!!! More

I only came in to look at cars, but left with my very own Nissan Sentr I came to this dealership because of the recommendations of friends and family. Mayra let me test drive the car, and gave me nothing but sweet and honest pros and cons about the car, i was sold by the time we got back to the dealership.Story cut short I was signing my paperwork, and picked up my car the very next day! it was clean, and smelled like a brand new car even though i purchased it used. i absolutely recommend this dealership! The service department and staff have always been great and in particular, Carl Tayler. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car and for the "after sale" service! The pricing is competitive as well. Acquiring a loaner vehicle or a ride back to the office is never an issue. Upon my last visit I bumped into John and asked if I could get a peak at the GT Rs on the upper level. Gladly, he toured me around and answered all of my questions, gave me his card, and reiterated that he'd always be there to answer any future questions.
