I was not willing to compromise on much; including color, or packages. As fate would have it, that the exact Rogue I desired was nowhere to be found! After dealing briefly with a couple different dealers and having no luck, as well as no great experience... I was referred by a friend to Preston Han at Carson Nissan. Preston, as well as everyone else at Carson Nissan, were unbelievably helpful and worked tirelessly to get just what I wanted. When other dealers tried to get me to change my mind on color or packages because of availability, Preston only cared about what I WANTED- and not what was easy. With the constant updates and ongoing communication about the arrival of my Rogue, I wasn't left in the dark waiting and wondering. Carson Nissan's ability to deliver what was promised, as well as making a GREAT deal are all reasons I will continue to take my business to them as well as refer all of my friends!
