The sales representative was great, new his product and willing to help, that same day i went to Honda and i received 0 cooperation, everything was their way, i went to Toyota afterwards and they were a bi willing to help, that same day i went to Honda and i received 0 cooperation, everything was their way, i went to Toyota afterwards and they were a bit more cooperative on what i needed in price but did not have why i wanted in the type of car, lacked variety, my last choice was Carson Nissan, the sale representative approach us was awesome and he and his team helped to find the vehicle i required and what i wanted including add ons, i was truly satisfied with the vehicle, then they worked the price to were it was affordable to me. The sales staff went out of their way to help get me financed and into a brand new car. It isn't often that a person of my modest means purchases a car; but if I had to do it all over again, I would ch financed and into a brand new car. It isn't often that a person of my modest means purchases a car; but if I had to do it all over again, I would choose the people that I worked with at the Carson dealership. They took the time to tell me when to come back for my first oil change, how to use all of the gadgets and gizmos that the car came with, AND THEY washed, vacuumed and gassed-up the car before they gave it to me. Lisa even explained to me in detail what was happening with my financing. It was the first time that I felt that a dealership wasn't trying to hide something. I was in and out of the place in less than a few hours (That is including the time that it took for me to pick out the color and do a test drive). In the past, at other dealerships, it usually took all day (and part of the night) to get me financed and into a vehicle (which was used). I highly recommend Carson Nissan and its impeccable customer service and efficiency. GREAT JOB!!! I was impressed!!!!! More

I want to thank my sales rep, Mr. Martel for he always kept me interested in achieving my goal of getting a car that i wanted. He kept me motivated by looking for choices more suitable to my pocket but kept me interested in achieving my goal of getting a car that i wanted. I am very happy that he never lost contact with me, and kept being passive aggressive, as he never declined to help, although i was stubborn enough to think it was not possible. He convinced me every time to go by again, he even picked me up a couple of times, and and show me more of what the dealer had to offer me. He was always a gentleman. He even bought me coffee... twice!! Not only him as a sales guy who would sell anything, he was also concerned on the reasons why i needed a vehicle, understood my budget, my goals, and he made me feel i could trust the dealer. I confronted him with questions about the bank procedures, the dealer's position, and the condition of the car. From him, i only got confident & firm answers to re-assure my decision, and full explanations to clarify any doubts. He kept me patient, and in a good mood to keep trying, and he himself was patient enough for when i had already lost my eagerness to do the deal. Just when i thought of moving forward, there he was with a message to reconsider & invitation to see more cars! He also has a very clean cut, smells very good, and was very polite. For me, that is also very important, because his presentation made me feel i was not doing business with no amateur. Overall, i even felt i had to make this deal, as he deserved the sell, with all the time he put in me. And to Mr. Steven, thanks for the opportunity to try a way! More

I went into the dealership and as soon as we went someone greeted us and send a sales person to help us. JJ was very helpful and worked really hard into getting the monthly payment I can afford. I was previo greeted us and send a sales person to help us. JJ was very helpful and worked really hard into getting the monthly payment I can afford. I was previously in downtown nissan and they were not as friedly and helpful as JJ. Since the start he was very friendly and always had a smile never gave up into getting us the lowest monthly payment possible, he answered all our questions.
