JJ and Carson Nissan helped me despite my recent total loss and not so good credit! I received a certificate from my bank to receive $2,000 off a vehicle at Buena Park Nissan they did not honor it even th loss and not so good credit! I received a certificate from my bank to receive $2,000 off a vehicle at Buena Park Nissan they did not honor it even though my bank and Buena Park Nissan has an agreement on the certificate when using their car buying service. I then called JJ at Carson Nissan because I bought my first 370z from him and he got me into a even better 370z. The staff there treated me right because of my beforehand mentioned situation. If your going to get a Nissan then go to Carson Nissan and ask for JJ but any of the staff there is great!!! More

The vehicle I was searching for, a Nissan Frontier, had The vehicle I was searching for, a Nissan Frontier, had just arrived at the dealership, and according to Irvin Vasquez, needed to be prepared for th The vehicle I was searching for, a Nissan Frontier, had just arrived at the dealership, and according to Irvin Vasquez, needed to be prepared for the "Line." He said that he was pretty sure it was the type of truck I wanted, and I discovered later that he was right. But delays due to key staff being temporarily unavailable, prevented the truck from being ready for sales in a timely fashion This was understandable. Irvin sincerely apologized and explained the situation, promising me it would be ready soon. Linda Webber, the Internet Sales Director, called me personally, also, to back Irvin up, and said she would make sure the work would be expedited. In a short time, Mr. Vasquez sent pictures of the truck to my email, gave me the AAA pricing, and held kept the truck off the Line until I arrived. I was very pleased at first, but as I drove this nice truck, the truck of my dreams, I realized that my budget would be over-stressed to finance it, since I'm retired and on fixed income. It took a very strong-will at that moment to walk away, but I did. But the very next minute, when I returned from the test drive, the energetic and friendly Irvin Vasquez, sensing my reluctance, presented another vehicle to me that was more suitable to my budget. The amazing thing is that it was also to my liking as well, a Honda Element, which happened to be one of the vehicles I had considered in my search. I didn't tell Irvin that, but he seemed to know that the utility of the Honda Element was in many ways similar to a truck, with all the available space in back. It was the perfect alternative, with its gas economy and price range, and, surprisingly, it was enjoyable to drive. I liked it immediately! Irvin is a friendly, professional, and cool guy to work with. He made the dreaded car-buying experience easy and without pressure. I will recommend him and Carson Nissan to all that I know whenever they're in the hunt for a car. Jimmy Nolasco was a friendly, able, assistant as well, and helped to put me at ease during the whole stressful car-purchasing process. Thank you Carson Nissan!
