I came in to the service department with no appointment. The service advisor had me in and out in minutes and when I said I need a ride home the porter was sitting waiting for me to give me a ride. Called for appointment which was pretty quick on day prior to visit. It was a scheduled Nissan Leaf maintenance visit. Pleasant staff, and the job was completed in less than an hour.
