I visited several dealers before contacting Carson Nissan. After bargaining and haggling and wasting hours upon hours at other locations, I was somewhat discouraged that I would be able to find a deal Nissan. I regained hope after inquiring about my new car on Carson Nissan's website! Fernando contacted me right away and was so inviting over the phone. When I asked the tough questions about price and down payment, he reassured me that he and his team were interested in working with me to get me in the vehicle of my choice. I was further won over after being contacted by Oscar, my incredible sales consultant. He was genuine, kind, and welcomed me right away when I arrived for my appointment. It was a hassle free experience. Oscar had my car waiting for me to test drive. We took a spin and a few hours later, I was driving away in my awesome new ride! The customer service at Carson Nissan didn’t stop after I agreed to the deal and signed my paperwork. Greetings… My name is James Sutton… I went out on this past weekend, “Black Friday,” with the intent to purchase a pre-owned vehicle… I had hoped that shopping on this weekend would enable me to get a great deal on my purchase… My appeal had been towards the popular Hyundai Sonata and that was what I was looking for… After taking my sister to LAX, I noticed the Carson Nissan signs from the southbound 405 freeway… Although I was looking to see the Sonata, I decided to look at Nissan because I had previously owned, and Loved, a Nissan Maxima… Initially I met Ethaniel Baxter, a sales associate, who came out to see if he could help me… We looked at several cars and I drove the 2013 Nissan Altima… It was a really nice car… But after meeting DJ and James, two “closer” sales consultants, I recognized that the pricing was more than I wanted to spend… And I was looking to purchase a pre-owned vehicle… I expressed that before making a decision my goal was to drive a Sonata for my own comparison… James suggested that I drive their car to see the Sonata, so that’s what Ethaniel and I did… The Sonatas were nice cars, but the Nissans felt significantly “tighter,” and most of all the transmission gear changes were transparent and unnoticeable with the Nissans… Although the pricing for the pre-owned Sonata had my attention, I knew I liked the Nissans… Upon the return to Carson Nissan, Ethaniel and I looked at a 2011 Altima, which is the car I ended up purchasing… Ethaniel had taken a great deal of time with me (to the chagrin of others) and I told him he was earning his money that day… I am grateful for Ethaniel’s help!!! I was scouting for quotes for the new Nissan Altima. Out of 15-odd dealers contacted, 5 responded with good quotes but Carson won because of the responsiveness of Lai-Ce. In the end, I went with this dealer of 15-odd dealers contacted, 5 responded with good quotes but Carson won because of the responsiveness of Lai-Ce. In the end, I went with this dealership even though I was getting a slightly better quote elsewhere, because Lai-Ce came across as very friendly and straightforward as opposed to salespeople at other dealerships who were more interested in getting me into the dealership before committing to anything. Once we decided on the price over email, I went in and the service was awesome again. Within minutes, the actual car was bought out and Eugene Cho gave us a very informative test drive. Then Lai-Ce went over the paperwork quickly, and we were done! It was the smoothest car buying experience, and I got a very very good deal on the car. I was out of there (test drive and all included) in less than 2 hours! A special word for Eugene as well: He was really friendly and made me and my friends feel comfortable for the time we were there. This is not your typical car dealership, which says a lot. Plus they have a huge lot and must be one of the largest Nissan dealerships in the area, so the selection is good. More
