Both John and Irvin were friendly and worked very hard into getting me into the car that I wanted. They worked hard into getting me the best deal possible that would accomadate my credit score. I had a very bad experience with another Nissan Dealer in Long Beach, but I still really liked the cars. I first contacted Carson Nissan through their internet department, and was happy to get a quick, frie Long Beach, but I still really liked the cars. Every other dealership wanted to meet me in person and talk at length before they would give me a simple quote. Hours were very convienent and I was greeted by Martel, one of the friendliest salespeople. He was enthuastic, but not pushy, and took the time to find the car I wanted in the color I wanted, instead of trying to talk me into getting a more expensive car. Martel and Alberto were super patient with me even though this was the first car I ever brought, and I was taking a lot of time to make phone calls and decide how I wanted to set up my financing. Lisa was the best and helped me understand my payments, got me an even better rate, and explained to me how I can improve my credit rating. Then Martel explained and set up all the features in my new car with me, so that even the time and my radio stations were ready to go. I loved the friendly, non-pushy, atmosphere and got a great price on the car I've always wanted. I would definitely recommend them. More
