The receptionist Melissa greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked through the door. She answered all of my questions with a positive caring attitude. She really made me feel welcome and cared for. She was patient, friendly, and really took the time to make sure I was satisfied. Would recommend Carson Nissan to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle... the customer service alone is worth the inquiry! More

Helpfull sales & staff Purchased a truck and was never pushed into a sale. Just went to look and ended up buying because of the price and the people. They even took us to the bank to get a cashier's check then delivered the truck to our home as we could not insure to drive till the next day. Very happy with the whole process start to finish. More

Never even got a call back. Didn't bring the car in. Wanted to have my car checked out for a couple of things that I believe are under warranty, as I bought a warranty that I thought would cover everythi Wanted to have my car checked out for a couple of things that I believe are under warranty, as I bought a warranty that I thought would cover everything (my car is a 2013 with low miles). Was told there would be a charge to look at it & wanted to confirm my warranty with the Service Manager, as it appeared from talking to two other people that that is what I needed to do. After leaving a lengthy message with my car's vin number & repeating my contact info twice, I never got a call back from the service manager. My neighbor ended up walking me through a check of issues. Doesn't give me much faith when I can't get a call returned. More

Service completed when promised Service writers are very knowledgeable. Mine even advised that I did not yet need to do some of the items on my checklist. My only complaint is that they do not wash your car after servicing, as Carson Nissan does. More
