Very Convenient and many benefits, service center percs I appreciated being helped when just looking at vehicles, and eventually came to driving a preowned Altima off the lot. however, the most beneficial f I appreciated being helped when just looking at vehicles, and eventually came to driving a preowned Altima off the lot. however, the most beneficial following the purchase of a good car from a wide selection, the service center that offers customer perks and rewards. one example isif and when service requiring time out of the day , the service center offers a complimentary shuttle to and from for the duration of the vehicle service where in my case I was able to spend the time it took at home during a championship ncaa football game . During short term services only lasting an hour or less such as an oil change and check up, the dealer offers a lounge area with complimentary beverages and munchies along with television for entertainment. but also along with the maintenance services , a complimentary wash wax and interior detail is provided. I was grateful for that and all other benefits that I can say were very appreciated , thank all the staff and Nissan for the opportunity . More

Bad to worse My 2 year old car which i bought from you is in service right now to fix the transmission. Reps won't let me talk to the finance department about refi My 2 year old car which i bought from you is in service right now to fix the transmission. Reps won't let me talk to the finance department about refinancing my high interest rate.I was told its not going to make a difference. They then try to convince me to trade in my two year old car, which is in service to fix the obnoxious transmission, with zero down payment. After test driving and running the numbers they ask for 2,500 down. So in my case they sold me a lemon 2 years ago, won't let me sit down with a person in finance and relentlessly try to sell me another car. Luckily I bought an extra warranty so they'll fix the transmission (hopefully). I'll just need to pay my "$100 deductible" for the defective transmission they sold me. As for the first five free service appointments they promised, well, they never preformed the tire rotations. Upon completion of the fifth and final service I realized, due to the uneven tread on my front tires that they had never been rotated. After getting attitude from the service rep he finally took the car back in and had them rotated. He tried to avoid that by telling me "you need new tires anyway". More
