Jeff Morgan does not hold back when it comes to professionalism and customer service. Customer, Customer, Customer! Jeff is an energetic and knowledgeable employee who does his best to satisfy the needs of the customer. Carson Nissan is a great place to have my Nissan Frontier serviced and Jeff Morgan is a big part of the postive attitude in the Sevice Department. I came in to have my car serviced today. Jeff immediately acknowledged me and noticed I was upset with the lengthy line. As Jeff was writing up my service, he cheerfully assured me my wait would not be too long. The work on my car was completed surprisingly very quickly. I appreciate Jeff's friendly and helpful demeanor. He always remembers who I am and what car I drive. Thanks, Jeff! Elizabeth, the cashier, was also very friendly and did not appear to be bored with her job. Thanks, Elizabeth! However, when I learned that the new owners of the dealership discontinued car washing with every service, I was shocked. To stay above the competition, little things like car washes are a big deal.

I purchased my vehicle at Carson Nissan because their salespeople are so friendly and welcoming and the same can be said about their service department. It is the main reason I continue to bring my vehicle here. I can always count on Christina to address my service needs and never make me feel like I'm being taken advantage of or oversold. She's very attentive and makes sure all my questions or concerns are addressed before I leave. The entire department has great customer service and if your regular person is not there, you can count on anyone else to take care of you.
