I HAD HAD A DIFFICULT EXPERIENCE WITH MY LOCAL HINSHAW ACURA DEALERSHIP. THEY TREATED ME LIKE A STUPID WOMAN. LOW BALLING MY TRADE IN AND NOT REDUCING THE $46287 STICKER PRICE OF THE NEW 2013 CAR I HAD ACURA DEALERSHIP. THEY TREATED ME LIKE A STUPID WOMAN. LOW BALLING MY TRADE IN AND NOT REDUCING THE $46287 STICKER PRICE OF THE NEW 2013 CAR I HAD CHOSEN. THEY SALEMAN AND SALES MANAGER SPENT ABOUT TWO HOURS TRYING TO CONVINCE ME TO BUY, BUT NOT REDUCING THE COST BY VERY MUCH AT ALL. I LEFT FEELING DISRESPECTED AND BEATEN UP. THE FINAL PRICE WAS $30849. OUT THE DOOR. THE NEXT MORNING I GOT ON THE ACURA.COM WEB SITE AND BUILTTHE EXACT SAME CAR EXCEPT I WAS BUILDING A 2014 THERE WAS A SIGNIFICANT DIFFERENCE IN THE PRICE ON LINE AND WHAT THE DEALERSHIP OFFERED. I CALLED ACURA OF LYNNWOOD AND SPOKE TO RAJ. HE HONORED THE WEB PRICE AND PROMISED ME A FAIR TRADE IN FOR MY CAR. HE DIDN'T EVEN CHARGE ME TO INSTALL THE ACCESSORIES I HAD CHOSED. I WAS ABLE TO GET THE DEAL DONE ON THE PHONE. I DROVE TO LYNNWOOD AND PICKED UP MY NEW 2014 ACURA RDX. IT COST ME $27865. OUT THE DOOR. A SAVINGS OF $3000 OVER WHAT THE $2%@## AT HINSHAW WOULD HAVE DONE. MIND YOU THIS IS A 2014 CAR NOT A 2013. IT WAS CERTAINLY WORTH THE DRIVE TO LYNNWOOD. RAJ YOU WERE GREAT. THANK YOU. More
