This Mitsubishi dealership was the most crooked dealership I’ve ever seen in my life. They advertise a price for a vehicle then they jack it up once you get there and they call them rebate, but we dealership I’ve ever seen in my life. First off the prices are ridiculously high, the only reason I purchased is because they had the hard to come by vehicle I was looking for. They lie about the time frame and still make you responsible for the shipping when they come through. I had to miss work for multiple days before they rescheduled me for delivery. They say they call before delivery but that is not true. Don't bother with them unless ypur desperate or can't find what you want somewhere else. More

We sold our vehicle with an understanding that we were going to be paid the day of pick up. They actually had us sign over our title the day before. The pick up person arrived and inspected vehicle. We were then told that there was going to be a price reduction. We agreed but then after signed and vehicle was loaded on the trailer we were told that we would not be getting paid despite they had our car and title. A check had to be mailed. After several calls we were told that the check would take 5 to 7 days. I explained that we were never told this and actually this is theft if services because you have my vehicle and I have not been paid. The paperwork given to us stated that we were given a check no where does it say that we were not given one nor that it would be mailed and take 5 to 7 days. This tactic is considered taking advantage of seniors and disabled people. They did not deliver their promised check at delivery and had no intention of doing it. Do not let them take your vehicle without payment because you could potentially be held responsible for potential issues. You cannot go to DMV because you did not receive a check therefore you cannot cancel your auto insurance. They have actually the worst customer service ever which is the reason why the local branch is behind locked doors and glass enclosures. You may be selling your vehicle quickly but there are high potential risk associated with it. Beware before the release of your vehicle. Never again. More

I purchased a Polestar 2 the ad said he comes with one key. It was not disclosed that 2 keys are needed in order to operate the remote function of the car. I picked a car from their lineup that promised 2day shipping. So far my appt to pick up my vehicle has been rescheduled 4 times. We are now ALMOST A WEEK passed the original pick up date. Not worth the Price on my own Sanity however. If you have any questions (I did) they refer you to their "Chat" however 'Chat" is an A.I. named either Sebastian or Tina. Ask all you want for a LIVE Person and you will get NOWHERE!!! Their ENTIRE Process is No SPEAK & ALL Email... After uploading pictures of the front and back of my driver's license they asked for the Signed Title of my trade In.then they emailed and said they still needed a copy of MY Drivers license. All the while they make it appear that the Clock on your deal IS TICKING FAST!!! I uploaded my Drivers license Four (4) times!! Then someone who is couldn't understand left me a voice mail. It was a VERY Strong Indian accent that I could Not understand!!! I recorded the voice mail on "text to speach" mode hoping my phone would pick upon what he was saying however it couldn't even understand it. The words were so off there was NO Possibility the guy was saying what my phone interpreted. Then I got another email with what appeared to be a Count down Clock!!! The next day someone who spoke plain English called and told me they didn't need my driver's license (even though their email Plainly Stated "Upload YOUR Drivers License" but they wanted my Wife's because it was Her Trade in! Then they wanted 10.8% financing!!!xxx!! My bank did it for 6% so Carvana Now Needed it in a "Cashiers Check"!! I had to upload Front and Back pics of the Cashier Check. That must have made them Happy because they Extended their Countdown Dooms Day Clock 2 hours.But then then they had to call me and had Me on the phone while they Called PNC Banks 800# to Verify the check was REAL? Why the pictures??the call lasted Swear 1 hour and 22 minutes! At one point when the bank out us in hold i called my branch and got the loan officer on the line. Stating it was legitimate did that help?? xxxx NO!! When they came to drop off the car I purchased the tow truck driver (Training a New Driver) said ok thanks enjoy your new car & i went to hand him an envelope with the Title to My Trade in and the "Ever Coveted" Cashiers Check looked at me as though I had 2 geads and said "what's This?" I was astonished and said DUDE It's the Title to my Trade in as well as the "EVER COVETED" POSSIBLY COUNTERFEIT Cashiers Check!! The absolute Biggest Online Nightmare I have Ever had!!! As everyone else has stated I would give zero stars if I could. Buying a car from carvana has been a horrible experience and I would never recommend. Carvana has failed to provide New Jersey State Registration and Tags as indicated in the contract prior to the temporary registration and tags expiring. This is a breach of contract and a violation of DMV law, though no one there seems to care. They had me sign 3 different papers because they told me it was the wrong paperwork for my State. They have repeatedly for over 2 and a half months told me it was now fixed and submitted. They told me repeatedly for over 2 and a half months that they would be able to extend the temporary tags and registration. I was then told several days before the registration and tags expired that they misinformed me. I have spoken with over 20 different employees on over 20 phone calls. I have been told that the registration is now submitted to the NJ DMV however they are also telling me there is no way to have proof of confirmation sent to me. I asked for an electronic submission confirmation or certified mail tracking number and they pretend to be confused and tell me they aren't able to speak to anyone in the Registration Department. They sent me "confirmation" of my registration submission which was nothing more than a screenshot of an IM chat that did not include my name, vehicle, or VIN number. The date on the screenshot appears to be altered as it is a different color, size, and font. They keep telling me I am wrong and that there wouldn't be a tracking number or confirmation that the registration was actually submitted this time. They offered me $515.00 for transportation costs for a possible 19 day at least gap in registration and tags. As I explained to them I am a federal employee who is working without pay and that amount is not enough for possibly 19 or more days without my vehicle. I have asked to speak to supervisors but they have told me the Executive Resolution team is the highest level and no one is the supervisor nor do they have a supervisor nor do they have to ability to contact anyone in registration other than submitting a ticket. It is nothing but runaround and telling me they will have someone call me back. More
