This is the 2nd car I've purchased through carvana. It is still the most convenient car buying experience. This time around was a little disappointing. The vehicle was not washed on arrival. Much more damage to the vehicle than was shown in pictures online. They will not cover all repairs of body damage, but they will repair some of it (and cover rental). My car was delivered with a single key that had almost no battery life, when I was supposed to receive 2 keys. They did cover a replacement, but it doesn’t make sense why they would send a vehicle with one key that was almost dead. A very easy thing for them to fix and a very inconvenient thing for a parent of twin toddlers to accomplish. More
Purchased a car and extended warranty from Carvana and it was a big mistake. Their policies are horrible, they do not inspect their vehicles well or they flat out lie and their customer services could not be was a big mistake. Within 3 weeks of purchase the the breaks needed repair because they were installed incorrectly, the car had been given a fake paint job that washed off in places leaving big areas with no paint, molding fell off because it was glued down instead of bolted and tires with were 6 yrs old with no tread and dry rot dry rot. Carvana did nothing and first tried to blame it all on me, then basically said this is up to their standards and ok by their policies . The extended warranty denied coverage (of course). What makes all of this worse is that their customer service is absolutely horrible, all they do is blame the customer and deny any responsibility. Awful experience all the way around. Buyer beware. This place is a scam. More
STAY AWAY¡! !! This has been a terrible experience with them. My car broke down 2 days after purchase from Carvana. I had it towed to their prefered automotive !! This has been a terrible experience with them. My car broke down 2 days after purchase from Carvana. I had it towed to their prefered automotive centers and had them do a post purchase inspection. In my state the post purchase inspection isn't even required. He kicked the tires and called it good. He then installed the starter wrong and I had to take it BACK for him to look at it again. I then went to visit my dad and the car broke down AGAIN. I took it to the local dealership in another state and had them do a proper PPI. THEY FOUND 11,000 Dollars worth of repairs. Since I'm outside of my 7 day guarantee, Silver Rock won't cover wearables even though I did what I was told and took it to their technician for a ppi. They won't make an exception and guarantee his work. They are stiffing me with a completely worn clutch, blown rotors and and pads because the front calipers are siezed, and 5 dry rotted tires while I'm stranded 1300 miles from home. A grand total of $4000 worth of repairs are being dumped on me and all the car has done is sit in mechanics parking lots since I acquired it. I bought it 4 weeks ago. I have made over 50 phone calls to them in attempts to reconcile this situation. Every phone call is un predictable and you never know what will happen. You have an 80% chance of stonewalling 10% chance someone will listen to you, 5% chance they will just give you wrong information. They are 100% defrauding anyone using any technicality possible. I am a disabled veteran and I'm getting ripped off by a 6 Billion dollar company. I live paycheck to paycheck. What a joke Screw Silver rock and Carvana More
I ordered a car on Carvana, and they made me an offer on my trade. The car delivery was delayed 10 days. During that period, I received an email from them stating that my trade offer had expired, and the va my trade. The car delivery was delayed 10 days. During that period, I received an email from them stating that my trade offer had expired, and the value of my car dropped by $800. But....the offer expired because they delayed delivery. See the game here? They never did give me a good reason for the delay, and I even offered to pick up the car, which they said couldn't be accommodated. I canceled my order, found a much better deal on CarMax, completed that deal effortlessly and now I'm happy. More

Only found one overlooked pre-delivery issue: The two 12 Volt power outlets don't work and will have to invoke the Carvana 100-Day Warranty if it's other than a blown fuse. The Saturday car delivery was punctual and the Carvana driver was most helpful in explaining how to operate this modern "computerized Roadster". The total purchasing time, including funds by mail delivery and twice rescheduled delivery dates (due to delivery setbacks and weather delay, was 30 days - much longer than normal. More
Big defect that wasn't listed, is very noticeable. Carvana team told me THEY dented the car upon delivery and I should take pictures so they can fix it.
