Best car buying experience ever!!! More than I expected! I was not sure at first about buying a car on the internet. When I needed to talk to someone, there was always a very pleasant person to talk to. I also appreciated how fast they would answer my email. The financing is very good and easy. The paperwork for the financing and purchasing the car was very easy. I also liked the fact that Carvana worked with me on some issues that came up, I was very satisfied on how they helped me. When the car was delivered it was even better than the pictures. I was very happy with the car. The fact that I could have turned it back that day, who does that? Then I had 7 days to drive it and to see if I really wanted the car. On the first day I knew I was going to keep the car. On the 6th day when I received a call from Carvana, I asked if I could add the extended warranty to the package. Within about 15 minutes that was taken care of. This is the first time I have bought a car with no stress and no spending hours waiting for the dealer to get the financing taken care of. I will buy my next car from Carvana!!!!! More

Best thing was not having to spend hours in a dealership with the high pressure sales from the salesman or the "Rolex" cheeseball who comes down from the tower to seal the deal trying to up-sell you stuff. Delivery guy was professional and very helpful. I'll use them again and again. More

Carvana is the best I have felt with a few dealerships. Dealerships are pushy. Carvana is very up front and doesn’t hide anything. You get 7 days to check everything over and make sure the car works for you. They in no way force you to buy. They only want you to buy if it is a good fit for you. Their prices are very for also. I don’t ya e anything bad to say about carvana.... and there is definitely a cool factor to the vending Machiene if you live close to one!!! However the delivery service is also super convenient... but not as cool as the huge car vending machine :) More

I found the exact vehicle I was looking for at an incredible price. Entered my trade in information and the offer was perfect. I even chose financing through Carvana and the terms were great as well. I picked up the vehicle and was met by very professional staff and the process was unbelievably easy. My vehicle was in better condition that I thought and they gave me 7 days to change my mind. After a week I have to say this was the best car buying experience ever and I will be purchasing several other vehicles for my wife and kids through Carvana. I am convinced that there is no better way to buy you next vehicle than Carvana. More

Timeline was accurate and I was able to receive the car on the day specified. I had requested delivery but ending up having to go to my local Carvana center since the advocate was thankfully smart enough to notice the lower scoop on the front and did not want to risk any damage! Thanks for a prepaid Uber I was delivered to their location right on time. Pickup was quick and easy. They even replaced one of the keys that went missing along the way to ensure it came with everything as described online. The 7-day test drive is for sure the best deal around, no-one can come close to that. Happy experience from the usual car buying gauntlet. More
