Looking, selecting, buying (cash), registering, and delivering were smooth. However, the car's condition was not as represented on the site. Overall the experience was very good. Finding a car on the website is very easy. The only problem we had was with outside financing. After being told that Carvana accepts financing through Capital One we filled out all the paperwork and it was accepted. Two days later they contact us and say that they don't accept Capital One financing from Louisiana. We ended up financing through Carvana but at a considerably higher interest rate. Delivery of the car went very smoothly and it looked amazing. We did find that although the interior was very clean they didn't clean under the seats at all. We had to vacuum up a lot of stuff including 2 family vacation photographs. Other than those two issues I would definitely recommend Carvana and will probably use them again in the future. More
