Easy to use and very convenient transaction. The only reason it isn’t 5 stars is because description said car “was not smoked in”. Got an email saying I hope you're enjoying the car, but temporary plates are scheduled to expire. This was BEFORE I got the car. I was told my car would be inspected, NOT. you did the Carvana inspection but up to me to have my PA inspection done within 7 days. The required uploading of document instructions for trade in and purchase another were insufficient. had to be done repeatedly, via desk top and smart phone. I spoke directly LIVE with 4 representatives. Was told everything done, pop the champagne cork. WRONG. another email requiring a temporary POA for registration, really. Another app on my phone, another document required, face time with a notary. Was told the robot texts and calls came from "corporate" apparently not aware of my states requirements, etc. Yesterday, picked up the car. They put permanent plates on it, gave me registration. Insurance was 1 hour of convincing my insurance company to issue me authorization before I had the car. Is no one on the same page??? Car gets inspected tomorrow, still under Carvana warranty. hopefully it will pass or another procedure to take it to the correct place for repair. EXHAUSTING. Good news is I really like the new car, was clean as a whistle. The process less than easy. Please do not respond with the canned Sorry I didn't have the experience you strive for.
