Why can’t you call your customers for a change and tell them you sold them a car and you don’t have the title ? We have called you several times throughout the nine months but you keep telling us “ our agents are dealing with it “ . It is illegal what you are doing by sending us temporary plated from states where we don’t live . You need to address this because even your special terms of trading 6380 only allows you to delay the plates by a month not 9 months. You need to find the title and get the car registered to us immediately. There is no excuse for this behavior after 9 months waiting for plates. North Carolina DMV have in fact revoked your dealer license to trade because you have hundreds of customers that you have conned this way. This is why you have been hit with multiple state violations . There are no options but to sue you .

The review was left by John & Sherrie Lindsey, 10864 Martin Avenue, Omaha, NE 68164. Additionally to the comments we left, we are also waiting on a $300 check that was promised to us by one of the Carvana reps when we had the second delay to receiving our new car. We were told the $300 check would be issued after the end of our 7-day money back guarantee period.
