We bought a car from Carvana in June 2021. There was no problem in the delivery of the car or the car itself but the problem with getting the car registered has been an unbelievable night that we do not wa problem in the delivery of the car or the car itself but the problem with getting the car registered has been an unbelievable night that we do not want anyone else to go go through . They took the registration fees and the tax due at registration when we bought the car that we means we are at their mercy to get the car registered. Since June 2021 to Feb 2022 we have been living on an edge with them sending us temporary registration plated on no less than 4 times . Numerous phone calls and chats fall on deaf ears and it’s like there is zero management to care of the problem . We now have a temporary registration plate from out of state for the fifth time which will take us to May 2022. That’s almost a whole year to get the car registry on plates and there is no end in sight . It’s almost as though they are selling cars without titles and not able to get them registered which might be one of the reasons in such delays as our state DMV assured us that there is no such delay. I would not recommend or even bother to buy any car from them again because of what they have put me through . It’s a nightmare with no end in sight. More

We realize buying a car during Covid is challenging for everyone so we anticipated paying more and not having as many choices. We chose Carvana because we wanted a specific Toyota with no more than a cert everyone so we anticipated paying more and not having as many choices. We chose Carvana because we wanted a specific Toyota with no more than a certain mileage. We were happy to find what we wanted on Carvana. However, Carvana pushed our delivery date back 3 times so that it was 3 weeks later than anticipated. We were replacing an older car that we planned to trade in to Carvana, but because of the delays by Carvana, by the time we got our new car, the old one was not running and Carvana would not take it. They also wanted to push our delivery back yet one more time. Fortunately the Omaha Carvana people were awesome and were able to get the delivery in to us without the last delay. The Omaha Carvana people are the only ones we were really happy with. We will not be using Carvana again. More

Well transparency was definitely terrible. Registration team poor at best. Delivery person was very good. Customer service has been very helpful.
