The end result of my ordeal of buying a car from Carvana is happy. I love my new car and things finally went smoothly at the Norfolk, Mass. location where a most competent gentleman assisted me and enabled is happy. However, I spent a grueling week trying to do all that was requested and since I am not great on computers it was quite challenging. I would say to avoid, if you can, using Carvana if you are unsure of how to download - upload etc. The customer service people are very nice, but have no power to really help with the process and you cannot speak to the same person twice. Customer support is very good, but I don't agree with the policies regarding repairs of cosmetic issues. They list their cars on the websites identifying cosmetic issues, such as scratches and chips, but if policies regarding repairs of cosmetic issues. But then, why list some imperfections and not others in the first place? In my case, very minor imperfections were listed and very apparent ones were not. The car is quite unique and I don't want to return it, but the car is definitely not in the same state as advertised. They have also delayed the delivery for a week without any apparent attempt to fix the situation, they just informed it would take an extra week. On the plus side, customer service is really good and you are usually helped by a friendly and knowledgeable person. More

I have not bought a car from Carvana, but when I attempted to sell them a car their offer was the lowest of six appraised offers from other dealers and was almost 40% lower than the price at which I attempted to sell them a car their offer was the lowest of six appraised offers from other dealers and was almost 40% lower than the price at which I sold the car to another dealer.
