Received deceitful phone calls the spoof local number had hide the caller. Highly questionable policy when asking for personal information. Like Carvana, they also had employee that worked from home. This gave me a first impression that they were sneeze and unprofessional. Delivery quoted as 7 days until agreement was completed, then delivery changed to 31 days. Since I was using my bank, I was required to complete the loan before my application would be accepted. This resulted in me having to make a car payment, before Carvana could even deliver the car. I was told that they require this from all banks, unless I was to use them for financing. To sum it up, with no service provided after the sale like a dealership, misleading deliver dates, unprofessional phone service and having to pay for a car a month before it is delivered, the only reason I continued to deal with this company was because of the price of the vehicle I purchased. More
Everything has been a disaster from the beginning. First off, i preordered a vehicle, and the inspection was supposed to be done within 18 days. A month and a half later, i ended up having to order a differ off, i preordered a vehicle, and the inspection was supposed to be done within 18 days. A month and a half later, i ended up having to order a different vehicle because the first one was still not ready. Then i scheduled a delivery date for the new vehicle that I'd chosen. I scheduled it about a week and a half out so that they would have enough time to bring it, yet the delivery was still delayed. When i tried to get help from anyone at the company it took a day and a half for someone to answer my "live" chat. Then when i finally got help, they gave me a one liner generic answer, then took a whole additional day to respond with an answer, then never responded to any of my other questions. Then when you try to contact the company again they make you text a robot that just gives canned answers and just copys and pastes novels of information that are completely irrelevant to what you are trying to ask. The car still hasn't arrived and the company wont do anything to try to fix all the issues I've had. This is the worst experience I've ever had. More
Overall the experience was just ok, the knowledge about their internal processes is inconsistent. I was fortunate that after several calls a savvy employee was able to expedite my process. Love car. It started with a 150 point check. The man called and said tires was not suitable and needed change,but it would mess up our delivery date. Would have been a 5 star, but the car was delivered without the floor mats that were pictured when selecting the car. I notified a Carvana representative and informed her. I was offered one hundred dollars towards purchasing the floor mats. Unfortunately the car mats that were pictured are one hundred and seventy dollars. My invoice was uploaded and I feel confident that Carvana would reimburse me since the floor mats were pictured to be with the car. Otherwise, I am pleased with the car and the customer service. More

My delivery was rescheduled 5 times. After the 3rd I was in contact with Dalton the San Jose hub manager. He said it would be ready the 21st. It wasn’t and I didn’t hear from him for a few days. It came with so many scratches that they didn’t even try to get out and it had dirt on it like it wasn’t even washed. Customer service was horrible.
