After 2 delivery delays, they said my car had transmission problems that require repair from their in house technicians 3,000 miles from my delivery. Since it was a high value car with detailed service records, I requested documentation. They couldn't do that, in addition, the rep recommended I cancel due to high mileage.....so I did. Would never use Carvana, and would not recommend to anyone. More
Absolutely amazing experience. From getting the estimate for my car to receiving my new car at my doorstep. I would have thought that since it was coming straight to my home that they were cutting corners s for my car to receiving my new car at my doorstep. Today I take the time to write how amazing the carvana experience was. It was effortless, almost seemed to good to be true. I sat and thought they must’ve done their work over a period in our lives wher experience was. It was effortless, almost seemed to good to be true. I sat and thought they must’ve done their work over a period in our lives where we got the time to settle and peel back the layers and the start again. This is what my husband and myself dedicated ourselves to over Covid, along witb our children . Spending more time with them then you ever get to at this age. These children are here with their light to teach us snd guide us, we listened and without fear did something knew because we heard their messages they spoke to us without using words . We released all fear and went into meditation and prayer and lastly to enter a flow state I believe this is exactly what the Team Leaders at Carvana have done, job well done, I see know cracks in your operating systems!!! I’ve checked all avenues We will most def buy again and tell everyone we know!! Impressed with vehicle. Actually came with a full tank of gas. Disappointed only 17% oil life but 100 day warranty a plus. Wish there was an approved dealer in my county to work on vehicle. The buying and exchanging process were interesting, and the people who helped me were wonderful. overall it was pleasant and somewhat easy. we ordered the first vehicle and it had a delay once we got it, the people who helped me were wonderful. overall it was pleasant and somewhat easy. we ordered the first vehicle and it had a delay once we got it, it checked out fine when we drove and walked it, when we took the car in it had rust on the bottom so we called to get it exchanged the woman on the phone was super patient and sweet as we looked for an exchange vehicle. The second car had two delays on it, then when we tried to get the contracts signed they were a message, the day of delivery I was in the phone with the help desk for three hours. but once we got it it checked out with us and our mechanic it was worth keeping. And we have been happy with our purchase. More
When I purchased my van from carvana I needed the van for my family to get around I did not have another vehicle. Van delivery kept getting pushed back. When finally delivered what I got was a van that did n my family to get around I did not have another vehicle. Van delivery kept getting pushed back. When finally delivered what I got was a van that did not go through the said 150 point inspection. The van came needing an oil change, outside paintwork, transmission fluid change, and an obvious rip in the ceiling. None of this was mentioned in the listing. What was mentioned was the brand new front tires but the van was delivered with bald front tires. The van was not detailed upon delivery. Also, I was not aware that things that are not attached may not be included. The listing said the DVD player had headphones but when arrived there are none. Also, carpet liners were taken out. When I called customer support about these items they said they are not responsible for these items but would give me "a $100 reimbursement check for the floor mats that SilverRock denied coverage on" I never received any check. When I most needed my new vehicle it was in the shop getting things fixed that should have been done before delivery if it was in fact inspected. Yes SilverRock was easy to work with but I did not buy a new car to take to the shop. I will never buy a car from carvana again. Buyer beware. More
My experience wasn’t the best. I had an original delivery date of May 17. Carvana finally delivered on the last day of June. Thus, it took essentially six (6) weeks to receive my vehicle, on accou delivery date of May 17. Carvana finally delivered on the last day of June. Thus, it took essentially six (6) weeks to receive my vehicle, on account of not being able to locate it, not having a truck driver, etc. Carvana should do a better job of empowering supervisors to be a final point of accountability because all they could do was apologize.
