Bought a 2016 Panamera, how is possible if the car passed the 150 inspection points, the suspension system didn't work, still in the repair shop since I received he car, I drove it only 12 miles, 7 days ret the 150 inspection points, the suspension system didn't work, still in the repair shop since I received he car, I drove it only 12 miles, 7 days return guarantee ends during the repair, by the way It's end on 7/9, I received the car on 7/3, should be 7/10, also about the 150 insp. points the brake pads all around where between 2mm and 3mm, Carvana guarantee at least 5mm, so it was where so wear that need to be replaced at the shop (not covered by the guarantee). By the way today's is 7/11 and the complimentary insurance hasn't approved yet, their part of the repair that is covered. So it has been 8 days since I received the car without enjoying a 47K used car. I was expecting a lot more from Carvana. Very disappointed first Carvana experience...the transaction was very smooth though... More
Once the inspection and cleaning process was completed it went well. I had placed a vehicle on pre-order and sadly had to watch as other similar vehicles were posted and had their inspection and cleaning com went well. I bought a car through carvana to avoid the hassle of dealerships. I regret that decision 1000% I really like the car I bought from them but I really wish I could get my money back and buy the same car f dealerships. I regret that decision 1000% I really like the car I bought from them but I really wish I could get my money back and buy the same car from a dealership. If you do have an issue with your purchase, good luck having it resolved in a timely manner! What makes it worse is that there is no communication from Carvana to update you regarding the resolution. The mileage on my vehicle was 5k more miles than were listed on the site (this effects resale value, warranty length, maintenance schedules, etc). The car was listed having 2 key fobs and 2 spares. I received 1 key fob. It costs $350 for a fob (have to go through the factory/dealership) and that will cost me 4 hours of driving to get the key ordered and programmed. My car was outside of Carvana's 100 day warranty the day it was delivered, so having the warranty service pay for the new key fob is going to cause more delays and money spent. Ive had the car for 7 weeks and I have a temp plate that I had to print on copy paper that is taped to the back up my car. Customer service advocates seem to be helpful but who really knows if anything is actually getting done. I haven't seen any evidence. Regardless of how/if/when this gets resolved, I'm over it. Will never use or recommend Carvana. More

I revived the car absolutely dirty. There was only 1 key when there are two for the car. CarPlay didn’t work, there were additional scratches and scrapes on the car not listed on Carvana’s website when there are two for the car. This was, unfortunately, the worst car buying experience we've ever had. It started with the car being delayed. It was week after week after week of delays with zero communication until the night before or we've ever had. It started with the car being delayed. It was week after week after week of delays with zero communication until the night before or the morning of pick up. The car was delayed because somehow the rear liftgate glass was shattered and needed to be replaced (still not sure what happened there). In any case we waited 3 weeks for the glass to come in. They apologized for the delay but assured me that this was for my own good because they only wanted to deliver the absolute best to us - yeah, no. We arrived for pick up and the car came complete with only 1 (of 2) keys working, a dead battery, deep scratches from someone driving it carelessly into the very tight corridors at the Atlanta location, a non-functioning liftgate, a trunk full of the broken glass from the aforementioned broken liftgate glass, and a rearview camera that only works when you first start the car for the day. Oh, and lest I forget, it was FILTHY. Hadn't been detailed, let alone vacuumed and washed - stains and spots on the dash, in the carpet, and, like I mentioned, a trunk full of glass. (They offered me $100 to get the car detailed - still looking for a place that will detail a large SUV for $100 - let me know if you find one). SO, after waiting 3 weeks for the car, we then had to file a claim with the warranty company, await approval because most of the repairs required a dealership (which is not on the "list"), and then drop the car off for yet another week to have the repairs completed. We're still waiting for the rearview camera to be shipped - it's on backorder - and the body shop is booked up for weeks so we probably won't even be able to get that taken care of until August. Needless to say, I wasn't even a tiny bit surprised to discover that Carvana didn't leave any referral cards/codes for me to refer anyone to shop with them because - well, I obviously could NEVER do that in good faith. Nightmare - it's an understatement. To soften the blow, however, there were a few people that I worked with that were nice, but only one that was nice AND did what he said he would do. So, Joey, in customer care, wherever you are, THANK YOU! More
Initial purchase process is very easy. Somewhat difficult to reach a live person for assistance once the sale paperwork is done. The dealer would have got 5 stars and the driver delivery guy gets two stars. The car buying experience was fine good communication. I received the car the day they said though two hours late. When the driv guy gets two stars. The car buying experience was fine good communication. I received the car the day they said though two hours late. When the driver brought me the car, he did not unload in front of me we walked around and noticed a gash and paint chip on the trunk handle. He pointed this out and said carvanna would arrange for repair which they did and is being fixed now. The big problem was no mats and the driver said the car should have mats so I will order you new weather tech mats I said ok. No mats came and when I chatted with Carvanna they were like sorry for the confusion this car doesn't come with mats. xxx why would the driver lie and make a big deal out of me getting specifically weather tech mats? Tell me the truth I'll buy my own mats . I like the car. I had to get my own papers notarized, buy my own new Navigation update and buy my own mats now . More

The second and third because of transportation delays. The fourth time they said I could get a different vehicle in a few days. Apparently, the door handle had not been fixed yet. I was most upset because they didn't just tell me the truth. I changed my order to a 2019 Chevrolet Bolt, and it was delivered on July 3rd. I believe it happened for a reason because the Bolt has twice the range of the Leaf, and I am pleased with it. In the end, they made it right by giving $500 off the price, and Jerry delivered it with some treats and toys for our dogs. More
