I found the car I wanted at what I thought was a great price point given the listed features and everything was smooth and easy. Second positive, when the car was finally delivered the gentleman delivering the car was very professional and terrific to work with. Took his explaining everything and made sure I was good with the car. Third positive, the people you deal with are very friendly and want to help you. Unfortunately, their hands are tied and they can only do a limited amount to resolve an issue. Not their fault. Aside from those 3 positives the whole experience went down hill fast. First negative, I ordered the car on a Tuesday and the web site informed me that if I ordered within the next x hours I could have it by Thursday. Being that I was out of town I delayed delivery to Saturday instead (2 extra days). Then on Friday I was informed that there would be a delay and that they couldn't deliver the car until the following Tuesday with no explanation for the delay. After several attempts at contact I finally got a live person and was informed that the delay was due to the motor carrier breaking down while in transit from Georgia to Virginia (very disappointing). Carvana offered $100 for the delay and I took it. Second negative, I had to initiate a lot of the conversations to get updates and answers. Third negative, the car was advertised with a sunroof, CD player, navigation system. All 3 were missing so the listing on Carvana for the car was false. Tried to work with the Carvana team to get car price adjustment for the missing features but was informed/assured that the pricing team had priced the car accordingly but that they would offer me a $100 as compensation for the missing items or I could return the car. Needed the car for a road trip 3 days later so took the $100. Overall, the car is good and I've had no problems on my 1000+ mile road trip. However, I can not in good conscience give Carvana and my experience more than 2 stars and I would not recommend buying from them. If you do opt to buy from them then make sure you call to discuss the car and ALL listed features. Do not do what I did and trust the web site description. They advertise as being the new way to buy a car online with confidence and that they are very customer focused. Don't buy the hype! Learn from someone (me) who basically got punked on the deal for a car missing expensive features that were listed in the advertisement to which Carvana's responses was "Return the car or we'll give you $100, your choice." 3 stars for Customer Service because they could do VERY little and I had to initiate a lot of the communication and fish for answers. 5 stars for Friendliness because everyone was very friendly. 2 stars for price because the car was missing 3 expensive features (sunroof, CD player, navigation system) that were noted as present in the Carvana listing and they refused to adjust the price of the car. Sorry Carvana, you failed epically!!! More

I personally prefer to deal with people in person. And after shopping around I still feel I got a good deal. This was a very quick and pleasant experience. Even though there was a small technical glitch i after shopping around I still feel I got a good deal. This was a very quick and pleasant experience. Even though there was a small technical glitch in my initial delivery paperwork, Carvana was ready to redo everything within minutes of being able to contact my bank. I would definitely recommend them. More
