The process was simple and fast! Pick the car that steals your heart, fill out the forms, give your required docs and boom! The entire process took about an hour total from start to here’s your delivery date your heart, fill out the forms, give your required docs and boom! After buying a car from a small dealership which turned out to be a lemon and actually dangerous because it had been in an unreported accident, the fuel line was compromised the check engine light came on out to be a lemon and actually dangerous because it had been in an unreported accident, the fuel line was compromised the check engine light came on 2 days later and I feared being stuck with an unreliable/unsafe vehicle. After taking it to my auto shop I couldn't even get a quote for the repairs because it needed too many and the shop refused to touch the car as a result. It still had dealer plates and the shop was shocked that a dealership would sell a vehicle in that type of terrible unsafe condition. I ended up taking the car back and getting a full refund. Then I saw a car that looked promising online at a large dealership. I called the dealer to check if it was still in stock. The sales representative said it was and got my name and information. I was given the name of the sales person who would assist me when I arrived. Literally on the way driving to the dealership they texted me a picture of the car and keys dangling it like a carrot. When I arrived about 30 minutes later I was shocked because the salesman notified me the car had just been sold. Unbelievable. I was almost throwing in the towel when I decided to take a look on carvanas website. I was pleasantly surprised once on the website because it was easy to search and filter what I was looking for. I found a car that caught my eye and was even more surprised at how detailed the pictures were and the nice 360 views of exterior and interior. I figured I had nothing to lose and I pulled the trigger and ordered the car in under 15 minutes. When the car arrived it was so clean it looked brand new and having it delivered right to my door was awesome! To understand my situation deeper I had just blown a head gasket in my old car a couple weeks before. I drive to and from different sites for my job and was in dire need of a reliable, clean gas saver. Boy did carvana meet and exceed my expectations. There is a reason that car dealerships have such a negative stereo type. carvana is doing it differently and I am a very happy customer. After shopping carvana I can't ever go back to dealer Joe.
