Going Back to Dealerships responded

As I stated above, the car passed your inspection just fine. It was clean, mechanically perfect, and cosmetically nearly so; the few blemishes were exactly as described in the listing and were quite minor. The issue with the tires was due to the fact that Carvana's "150 point inspection" doesn't require that the replacement tires match the brand or quality level of the existing tires. Everything else was just *consistently* poor communication, both internal and external; even the instructions I was given to continue the registration process was self-contradictory. As another example, I followed your own review publishing link *twice*, with the exact same review as above, and you refused to publish it both times, despite your promises of transparency. No, I'm not going to call just so I can wait for an hour-plus for the privilege of explaining all of this for the umpteenth time to yet another powerless functionary that will just apologize (sincerely, but powerlessly) some more. I'll actually be surprised if I get the promised reimbursement (thanks for trying, Amanda) for the fees I had to pay to fix the registration debacle, and there's no way I would expect any sort of reimbursement for the rest of my expenses. The car is great, and I love it, but I'm buying in-person next time just like I've done successfully for the last 30+ years.
