Although initially skeptical, I have to say that my experience with Carvana has been nothing but stellar! From the virtual tour of the vehicle, to the positive and helpful nature of the customer servi experience with Carvana has been nothing but stellar! From the virtual tour of the vehicle, to the positive and helpful nature of the customer service people, the ease of handling the minimal paperwork, the after purchase warranty which was immediately handled 100% with a few minor vehicle issues, my whole experience with Carvana has truly been mind blowing. This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Most paper work was done online digitally. Everything was fast from picking the car, signing contract in < 1 hours and delivery in 3 days! It was fast because I already have bank approval for a loan with 2% interest and found out the carvana contract in < 1 hours and delivery in 3 days! It was fast because I already have bank approval for a loan with 2% interest and found out the carvana dealer that hold the car is just 30 minutes away from my home! As many people complains on reddit, check the roof and many blemishes are not reported. I had roof paint job and wax/compound not well cleaned. I'm not a picky person, it is a used car and the price is reasonable. I checked everything:oil clean,air filter cleaned, except air cabin filter said was changed but it is not! and found out carpet lining was wet, I took it out before it gives bad smell in the car. The license plate was late a week from registered date to arrive, but it is ok not passed the temporary licence date (-1 week from a month temporary licence). Overall experience is excellent! More
