I expected this type of response. My feelings aren’t in play here, just facts. The oil wasn’t even changed! I will gladly send a copy of what my mechanic found. Hard to believe a thorough inspection didn’t find anything wrong. The down payment issue is that I called to make sure that the payment wouldn’t be taken twice. I was insured that it wouldn’t, then bam, money was taken. The lack of communication is baffling. I sent a text message today at approx 4:00 and am just hearing back now, 3 hours later. It’s wild. Your warranty doesn’t give someone piece of mind when they’ve spent hours picking out the right car, then battling for days with messed up paperwork and multiple stories and excuses.
