One more item that would be very helpful, when sending the paperwork needed to register my vehicle, giving the customer a tracking number and delivery information would be very helpful! Since I am required to sign for the package, obviously I have to be home, now that I have missed the delivery I have to PAY for a delivery when I know I will be home since fedex automatically reschedules the delivery, but of course for a time early the next day when I know I won’t be home and too late To schedule around it for work.
