Yes, I would recommend using Caravana if your the type of person that doesn't like the dealership experience. This recommendation comes with a disclaimer, if your in a rush to get a car, it's not a quick pro person that doesn't like the dealership experience. This recommendation comes with a disclaimer, if your in a rush to get a car, it's not a quick process... So I would suggest going with a dealership. Also, in my experience, the car was not cleaned very well at all. I spent atleast an hour on the phone complaining about that, and it took a while for them to concede that this was not an acceptable situation; another half hour for them to decide to send me a $100 card to get it cleaned. I love the car though! More

Things I liked about my experience would be the honest pricing of great vehicles, the features to look at a car almost 360 degrees. One thing I did not like would be the time limit you guys put I understand you guys need to sell cars to the first buyer. But with Covid and regulations in place I found it hard to reply for extra documents YOU GUYS NEEDED when you would give time limits like before 12pm colororado time when I'm in California trying to buy a car online making breakfast and lunch for my family and being rushed with this strict time limit. I lost the car and had re submit an application lowering my credit score in the process. Not happy about that I think for now a longer reply time would be more suitable even an hour or two extra would've made the difference to me for an impeccable experience. I hope you guys are true to hearing out previous customers. Might make a difference for future ones. More
