This place is an absolute joke. I spent $30,000 on a vehicle that supposedly Carvana certified means they change the oil to check all the fluids 150 point inspection they buffed the I spent $30,000 on a vehicle that supposedly Carvana certified means they change the oil to check all the fluids 150 point inspection they buffed the paint well the hood is scratched everywhere and on the sides of the doors. None of that was indicated in there add the oil was never changed, and it only shows 55% oil life left the coolant Overflow tank was empty the tires don’t even reach Abe Lincoln’s head they said they replaced or fix those in the 150 point inspection. All they do is lie want you to file a thing so they’re extended warranty program they have which doesn’t cover any of the said Things are listed above. I didn’t want to give me any money back. More

The first car I purchased, had some front end issues. Took it to an approved Carvana repair shop. The shop and the warranty co. could not come to an agreement, so, because it was within the 7 day tryout Took it to an approved Carvana repair shop. The shop and the warranty co. could not come to an agreement, so, because it was within the 7 day tryout period, I traded the first car for another car. Anyway everything worked out and I am very happy with the second car. More

STAY AWAY FROM CARVANA! If i could leave 0/5 i would. They sent me a car that after only driving half a mile over heated and was no longer drivable. Their advocates are terr If i could leave 0/5 i would. They sent me a car that after only driving half a mile over heated and was no longer drivable. Their advocates are terrible to work with, and dont care about their customers, just their business. Its over a week later, and i still dont have by deposit back, or a car. I have had to call carvana over 15times and still no resolution. Cars? terrible. Customer service? horrible. Dealership as a whole? a living xxxx to work with. More
