It really can't be this easy. But it was! When Carvana arrived with my new car, gave me the keys and told me to test drive, I was suspicious...should I have to sit in a small office for a couple of hours arrived with my new car, gave me the keys and told me to test drive, I was suspicious...should I have to sit in a small office for a couple of hours first? Then I handed the agent my car keys. He did his think while we went for the test. When we came back, loving the new car, our car was already loaded up. I signed the necessary forms, not very many of them, and the car was mine. The agent explained all the forms, and what to expect. I knew what I was looking for when I started my search. I found my car, with low miles, and no accidents. I spent a long time looking at the yellow triangles on the 360 degree turning picture to see what imperfections the car had. They were very minor . So I clicked BUY. I called up CARVANA a bunch of times, asking questions (they had probably already answered) and checking on the process. Never did I experience someone who was impatient or rude. EVERYTHING about this process was easy. When the guy drove away with my old car, and the new car was in my driveway, my husband turned to me and said, "I'm never going to buy another car, any other way." My sentiments exactly. Thank you Carvana. More

Overall, Carvana made my trade in super easy and I mean, extremely easy. Only downfall was when I checked the KBB value on my trade in and found it was worth a little more than what I received from Carvana extremely easy. Only downfall was when I checked the KBB value on my trade in and found it was worth a little more than what I received from Carvana and the car I purchased was showing less on KBB than what I paid but, all in all, the process was so simple I didn't fret about it. The car I purchased was practically brand new with very few flaws. Kevin, the specialist who dropped off my new car and picked up the old one, was wonderful. He communicated with me regarding the ETA and walked me through all paperwork. He made everything painless (I loved my old car and was having cold feet about the trade-in but he eased my stress and spoke to me about the 7 day guarantee). He allowed me to test drive the new vehicle to see what I thought. Everyone I spoke with in customer service throughout the process was very friendly as well and made things very easy. I was really nervous about this entire process.... I was almost positive this was not gonna go well.... I was completely shocked and stunned when i was approved and the truck was on its way....
