Most of the experience was very good. Everyone I dealt with was polite and seemed eager to help. I know that my state, Massachusetts, makes things difficult. But it took me more than 20 phone calls, 4 of with was polite and seemed eager to help. I know that my state, Massachusetts, makes things difficult. But it took me more than 20 phone calls, 4 of which were over an hour, to get my purchase finalized. Having the appropriate paperwork sent to my insurance then confirming that it had been received by Carvana was a nightmare. I spoke with so many different reps that I spent the first 6-8 minutes of the call just trying to bring the person up to speed on what had transpired already. I recognize that this is particularly difficult in my state because of the requirements for a particular form that must be signed and stamped by the insurance company. It is a bit silly, though, that it should require something nearing two dozen phone calls to resolve an issue that everyone seemed to be aware of. As polite as the reps were and as happy as I am with the vehicle, I can't say that I would use Carvana again. More

The Civic was the second purchase within a month and it is much nicer condition than the the CRV which was our 1st purchase. This deal went much smoother and delivery only took a few days! Carvana works great when you want a specific year and model. Saves a lot of searching as they have a good selection. Odd that I got a gift with my 1st purchase and nothing on the second? More
