The process was fairly easy although I had to go to the dealership to give them my trade-in and pick up my new car. I was told it would be difficult to transport my new car due to its height? The only real gripe I have is I wanted to keep my old plates but ended up with new ones even though I specifically told them of my desire. More

Flawless experience. Very pleased with how much they paid for my trade in. My Ford F-150 was / is flawless. Only complaint is that their call center is hard to reach with long hold times (30+ mins!)
