I didn't read close enough and the first one they brought was a really good looking car but after having it inspected by my mechanic it was from Syracuse,NY. By the way the snowyest city in the US. The underneath was eat up with rust and actually not safe in my mechanics opinion to drive. So I called one of their advocates said it would be no trouble to return it for a refund minus the delivery fee with either give my down payment back or I could see if there was anything else I would like to try. So I looked some more and found another one just like it a year newer and had never been above the mason Dickson line. It came a week later and was beautiful. Went through the same process with my mechanic and he gave it the thumbs up but said I should call about the tires that were on it. So I called the advocate back and he sent me to mineke who does the warranty work for carvana and I left with 4 brand new tires and he found that it needed a mass airflow sensor and got it approved too. So I'm a happy camper now. A little bit of a hassle as far as time but I got a really nice car. All the pictures are great but read where the car came from and how long it was there and be sure to get it checked out by your mechanic. But I would recommend them to anyone. A little tougher than advertised but the 7 day return policy is a lifesaver. So if you get burnt it's your own fault!!!! More

I cannot say enough good things about the Carvana experience. Admittedly, I was very suspicious about buying a used car online, and had heard plenty of crazy things about the process with this compan experience. All I can say is, see for yourself, there is nothing to lose. The customer service has been top notch through everything, everything has always been explained at a level that is easily understood. This has been the easiest and best car buying process I have ever experienced, I'd highly recommend it, the car I purchased was worth every penny and the pricing is just as transparent as they say it is. There is also no catch, you can return the car within the 7 day test drive (which is amazing by the way!) They included a great gift basket full of goodies when the car was dropped off, and the gentleman who performed the delivery informed me that the old interior mats were unacceptable, and I got my choice of all weather or carpet at no cost to me! Even during a pandemic, everything went smooth- the delivery was safe and socially distanced. Our Honda civic ended up having a bad battery and a couple of other small issues, so we didn't really get to drive it too much during our test drive, but an exception to their warranty process was made for us and the battery replaced and everything fixed by the end of the week. There were also some cosmetic issues that were not noted on the website but we were able to get those taken care of as well. The only thing that has been any inconvenience is my not being able to add my husband to the title since we were paying cash, but a quick trip to the DMV is all that will take so it's not that big of a deal. They take care of everything else, EVERYTHING! This company goes above and beyond for their customers, and I will definitely work with them again in the future! More

When I brought to my mechanic within the seven day trial he said he had checked out a few cars in his process and Customer Service was very helpful . I recommend it especially if you live in a rural area and can't find a variety of the kind of car you want within a forty or fifty mile area. More
