Came to Carvana like most everyone else to avoid the car dealership. Was that ever a mistake. This was the absolute worst car buying experience I have ever had! NM issued me a temp license because of COVID (they just extended it again thru April), Carvana said they could not register (even though the new lien holder will and NMMVD said it would) spent better part of two days on hold trying to resolve, finally released the car to me it arrived on time but with scratches all over the passenger door which were not indicated on the hot spots, they did approve Maco to repair so after taking it Maco for the inspection I have to now take it back for the paint repairs. Now today I get an email saying they do not have all the docs they need and will not release the title to me for registration. Just spent two more hours trying to resolve. Nothing yet. Can I bill you for my time? Would I recommend Carvana?!..........I would not recommend to my goat, I would not recommend in a boat, I would not to a mouse and I would not in my house, I would not recommend them to a fox and I would not recommend them in a box. I would not recommend them here nor there I would not recommend them anywhere! (please play intro to looney tunes now cause that's how I feel) More
I absolutely love Caravana. Everything from car selection, payment processing, and exchanges were simple and easy. Everyone that I spoke with at the company was so nice and helpful. They did everything for me regarding vehicle registration and my tags came in the mail in less than 5 days. The first Fiat 500x I got was a piece of crap. It had issues from day 2 of the test drive. I called customer service with no resolve. I swapped out for another Fiat 500x which I had to wait another week issues from day 2 of the test drive. I called customer service with no resolve. I swapped out for another Fiat 500x which I had to wait another week for. I tried this Fiat and it just wasn't right. I swapped for an Equinox and now I have to wait 2 weeks. I called customer service each time and the hold times are ridiculous. I used the Chat and requested a representative and NEVER received a call back. I responded to a text message from Carvana with questions and they said a representative will call me and they NEVER did! I don't know why I put myself through this torture. I think people should know that even though it can be a long process going through a dealership maybe they should just suck it up and go to the dealership. At least there is a real live person that answer your questions. Wait 2 weeks for your swap and they only allow you 400 miles, really??? I am not a happy customer. Extremely poor customer service. I give it a negative 2. More

I was thoroughly pleased with the purchasing process as well as the delivery of my Jeep. I am frustrated though that my lady friend has not yet received her $100 for referring me to Carvana. You accepted the $500 discount coupon when I presented it during the purchase. The coupon had not yet expired. Why has she not yet heard from anybody at Carvana? Really simple and easy process of buying a car. I would give five stars but the day I was picking up the car I drove to Philly from New Jersey and as I’m down the street I got a call that the car was sent give five stars but the day I was picking up the car I drove to Philly from New Jersey and as I’m down the street I got a call that the car was sent through transit and the driver took the keys so had to reschedule another pick up day. I think Carvana should check and make sure they receive the keys before the driver leaves the lot. And also I received 2 keys but 1 set had a dead battery, so I had to go out and buy a battery and change it myself. I think Carvana should check that also. But other than that I had a great experience. I would definitely buy from Carvana again and I would also recommend to a friend. More
